Procedures

  • The incident is reported by calling the emergency number 911 or by calling 114, if the caller is using a sign language, the operator will communicate with him/her visually.

  • The report is received and the information is taken from the caller about the incident , including the location, the report will be transferred to the competent directorate.

  • The situation for the incident will be evaluated upon arrival at the site and the initial information is passed by the site officer to the main operations room, if the accident requires the support.

  • The rescue is dealt with according to its nature (traffic accidents, drowning, demolition and collapse, search for missing persons, …..etc) through rescue teams.

  • After completing the dealing with the rescue incident , the site officer inspects the site, determines the losses, and passes final information to the operations room

  • An incident report is organized according to a rescue incident.
