• The incident is reported by calling the emergency number 911 or calling 114 if the case is one of the sign language owners in order to communicate with him visually.

• The report is received and information is obtained from the informant about the accident, including the location of the incident , and then the report is generated and transferred to the competent directorate, which in turn moves the nearest civil defense site to the accident. )With continued communication with the operating room.

• The fire incident is dealt with by the firefighting crews to combat the fire, the rescue crews to rescue the trapped, and the ambulance crews to provide the ambulance service.

• After completing the treatment of the fire incident , the site officer inspects the site, determines and counts the losses, and passes final information to the operations room of the directorate concerned with the completion of the firefighting process.
