Documents

  • Approval of the Central Committee consisting of several bodies with the membership of the Civil Defense and the presidency of the Energy and Minerals Regulatory Commission.
  • Central Committee / A certified copy of the engineering plans sealed with the stamp of the Jordanian Engineers Association and approved by the Energy Sector Regulatory Commission.

Procedures

  • The request to establish the station is submitted to the Energy and Minerals Regulatory Commission, which in turn sets a date for sensory inspection on the site by the Central Committee, whose membership includes the civil defense representative.

  • In the event that the committee meets a preliminary approval for the establishment of the station, the concerned person submits the engineering plans to the Prevention Department or  in the concerned directorate, where the requirements of the station and its sub-buildings are studied. If the requirements are met, the fees are met, the plans are stamped, and a preliminary file for the station is opened.

  • Upon completion of the construction works of the station and until obtaining a work permit, the concerned person reviews the prevention department, where the station is inspected and the inspection report is written. with fuel.

  • In the event of non-compliance with the conditions, a detection report is written with the required recommendations. In the event of the final approval, the station is coded and given a permanent file number and included in the follow-up plan to be inspected annually.
