Conditions

Documents

  • official letter from the administrative governor to the external section of the Department of Prevention.
  • Initial approval from the Energy and Minerals Regulatory Authority.
  • A copy of the personal identity of the agency owner.
  • A written statement on behalf of the agency owner.
  • Storage agreement with a gas warehouse.
  • Certified rental contract or title deed.
  • A copy of the distribution car licenses.

Procedures

  • The service applicant shall submit a letter directed by the Administrative Governor to the Prevention Department in the concerned directorate requesting it
    (A request to express an opinion on the initial approval for the establishment of a gas agency).
  • a time is set for an examination by the agency after ensuring that the required documents are complete.
  • The inspection officer performs a sensory inspection of the agency (office and distribution vehicles), confirms its compliance with the conditions, and writes an inspection report.
  • In the event that the agency complies with the conditions and requirements, the administrative governor is addressed with the initial approval and a copy for the person concerned.
    In the event that the agency does not comply with the conditions and requirements, the owner of the agency will be addressed with the required recommendations.
  • When he obtains a work completion certificate from the Energy Regulatory Authority, he goes to the prevention department to obtain final permits for gas distribution vehicles.
  • The office and distribution vehicles are inspected, and if the conditions are met, permits are given to the cars (permits are renewed annually), and the Prevention Department is addressed to approve the establishment of the agency with a copy for the Energy Sector Regulatory Authority and a copy for the person concerned.
  • The Energy Regulatory Authority addresses the Prevention Department with final approval for the establishment of the agency. A file is opened for the agency and included in the annual follow-up plan for detection (it is inspected once a year by the Prevention Section in the concerned directorate).
