Terms of Service

• An official communication from the entity requesting the service.
• Payment of the financial cost (the cost of service provision fees).
• Providing a suitable place to provide the training service with the entity requesting the service (public and private sectors).

procedures 

• The service is requested through an official letter or by filling out an electronic form available on the Civil Defense website.
• The application is reviewed by the Training Division or training departments in the field directorates.
• A date is set for the training contract, in coordination by telephone with the person concerned.
• The person concerned shall pay the fees in cash to the financial department or by certified check in the name of the Director of Civil Defense in addition to his position.
• The competent directorate is addressed to approve the training request.
• Required training is being implemented.
