The transaction is transferred by the engineering department to determine its seriousness, or the person concerned submits an official letter containing the chemicals present in the facility (primary and produced) and the general safety regulations for each substance (MSDS). The study officer in the Department of Chemicals and Environment evaluates these materials in terms of their degree of danger, flammability, storage and handling conditions based on public safety regulations (MSDS), documenting them on relevant forms and keeping them in the facility file. The transaction is returned to the engineering department to take the necessary action or to address the stakeholders or the licensing authority with the results of the study and recommendations. |
