The department of military retired affairs announced that sons of workers and retirees from the Public Security directorate wishing to study at police academies and colleges in a number of sister Arab countries for the year 2023, the graduate will be given a bachelor’s degree with a specialization in (law or police sciences) and the candidate will be promoted to the rank of second lieutenant if he graduates successfully and passes the requirements under the following conditions:
The age of the applicant should not exceed (20) twenty years as of 31/12/2023.
To be one of those who successfully obtained a high school certificate for the academic year 2022.
The high school average should not be less than (70%) for the scientific and literary only.
The father or mother of the applicant should be working in the Public Security Agency or retired from it only, and their service should not be less than (12 years).
To be of good conduct and not convicted of a felony or misdemeanor breaching honor and trust (such as theft, embezzlement, forgery, bribery, or any crime that violates public morals).
The applicant does not have any other family member who have benefited from any external scholarship at the expense of the Public Security Directorate or who are currently studying in the College of Police Sciences at Mutah University- the military wing.
That the applicant be single and meet the terms of conscription in the Public Security Agency.
The applicant must pass the physical fitness test with a score of no less than (70%)
The applicant must pass the English language test with a score of no less than (60%)
Applications are received from Sunday morning corresponding to 4/6/2023 until Sunday corresponding to 11/6/2023 through the website of the Public Security Directorate (services for workers and retirees / receiving requests for external scholarships
For those wishing to submit applications for their sons to register through the website of the Public Security Directorate during the specified period and to adhere to the above conditions, noting that no applications will be considered except through the website.
