Public Security Directorate and the Middle East University signed a memorandum of understanding for the continuation of joint cooperation between the two parties in the scientific, cultural, academic and training fields, in the presence of the Assistant Director of Public Security for Operations and Training Brigadier General Anwar Al-Tarawneh, the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Al-Ain University, Dr. Yaqoub Nasreddin, and the President of the University, Prof. Dr. Salam Al-Mahadin.

The MOU aims to implement a joint higher diploma program in the field of digital media, in addition to organizing mutual field visits in the fields of knowledge, conducting interactive activities in the field of leadership skills, and cooperating in statistical analysis services.

In addition to strengthening the ties of joint cooperation, exchanging experiences and knowledge, scientific and training programs, and strengthening the coordination relationship between the two sides in the field of supporting the promising future security leaders program, while providing forms of academic, research, logistical and technical support.

The memorandum will also provide students of the Faculty of Law at the university with the opportunity to conduct field visits to correction and rehabilitation centers, the Criminal Investigation Department, and to various departments; In order to see the practical reality of these departments, and connect it to the theoretical study.
