Owners of retained numbers (expired for more than five years), should refer to the Drivers and Vehicles Licensing Department or any of its sections  to renew their retention and pay the fees before 31/10/2022 or visit  the website of the Licensing Department and renew the retention through E- services, in order to avoid losing the  right to the number.
