PSD spokesman said that a team was formed to search and investigate an inmate's escape incident in rehabilitation center this evening.
The spokesman added that when the evening check of the inmates of one of the centers was conducted, that inmate was not found inside the center, as an investigation was immediately opened to search for this inmate and an investigation was conducted into how he escaped from inside the center.
