The Director of Public Security, Maj. Gen. Hussein Al-Hawatmeh, honored, in his office today, First Lieutenant Muhammad Al-Omari from the personnel  of Mass Media and Community Policing Directorate  for his honesty and sense of security.

First Lieutenant Al-Omari, while on vacation, had found a bag with a large amount of money inside a tourist restaurant in Jerash Governorate, and worked hard until he found its owner, who turned out to be of a foreign nationality, and returned it to him with the entire amount inside.

 Maj. Gen. Al-Hawatmeh thanked First Lieutenant Al-Omari, expressing his pride and appreciation for the honesty he showed and through which he reflected the morals of Jordanians.

 Al-Hawatmeh added that this right behavior is what we are accustomed to in the Jordanian police man who is keen to carry out his duty and perform his trust faithfully and to the fullest.
