The arrested owned  large quantities of narcotics and firearms

 PSD spokesman said that Anti-Narcotics Department has dealt, during the past 48 hours, with a number of specific issues related to drug trafficking and promotion within the framework of the continuous operations in dealing with narcotic activities

The spokesman confirmed that in these cases, 15 drug dealers were arrested in possession of large quantities of narcotic substances and firearms. In Mafraq Governorate, two cases were dealt with in which AND seized 15,000 narcotic pills and 7 marijuana packages, in the second case, two suspects were arrested after a house was searched and 5,000 narcotic pills were found inside.

 In West Balqa, a raid was carried out on the house of a drug dealer, after his arrest, 10,000 narcotic pills and a firearm were seized.

 In the Capital Governorate, five cases were dealt with. In the first case, a drug dealer was arrested in possession of 14 packages of hashish, 2,500 narcotic pills, a quantity of crystal and cannabis powder, while 5 packages of hashish and a firearm were seized with a drug-dealer after his arrest in the second case, in the third, a drug-dealer was arrested  after  He was raided and seized in possession of 7 packages of hashish and 1000 narcotic pills, and a quantity of crystal narcotics was seized in the possession of a suspect. In the latest cases, a dangerous drug dealer was raided and seized in possession of 7 packages of hashish and 2000 narcotic pills.

 In the Aqaba governorate, a joint security operation was carried out against promoters and wanted persons in the city, after determining their whereabouts, during which five of them were arrested.
