PSD spokesman said that the workers in the Anti-Narcotics Department, after collecting and flowing up a number of suspects involved in the cases of promotion and trafficking in narcotic substances, who are hiding from sight, and identifying the possible places where they are, carried out a wide security operation against them.

The spokesman confirmed that the operation led to the arrest of eight drug dealers and wanted persons, while a separate quantities of narcotic substances, marijuana seedlings, counterfeit currency and a firearm were seized.

In one of the areas of the southern Badia, a drug dealer was raided after it was confirmed that he possessed separate quantities of narcotic substances  for the purposes of promotion and sale. When he was raided, he showed strong resistance to the force, but he was controlled and arrested with  possession of drugs and a firearm.
