PSD spokesman said that the specialized cadres of the Aqaba Civil Defense Directorate has dealt a fire in a warehouse containing large quantities of sulfur in the southern region.

since the moment of receiving the report, all the specialized cadres from the firefighting, rescue, ambulance and hazardous materials team of the Aqaba Civil Defense Directorate, which worked to extinguish the fire and control it completely, especially that the real area of ​​the warehouse is large, but the readiness and high readiness of civil defense crews enabled them to deal with the fire and prevent its expansion. The fire has  spread to neighboring sites, and no casualties were reported. An investigation has been opened into the causes of the fire.
