The Civil Defense media report showed the efforts made during the past 48 hours by Civil Defense cadres, especially with regard to dealing with  hundreds of fires that burned in various governorates of the Kingdom.

The civil defense media representative said in his interview with Public Security Radio that the civil defense personnel, through their deployment  in all governorates of the Kingdom dealt with  (673) fires of dry grasses, crops, and forest and fruit trees .

Civil defense officer indicated to the most prominent incidents occurred in the governorates of Jerash, the Barma region, the Irbid governorate, the Malka region, Al-Mansoura, and Al-Shajara in the Ramtha district, in addition to the Zarqa governorate, the Alouk region, and the Ajloun and Madaba governorates

It is noteworthy that Civil Defense Directorate, under direct orders by Public Security Director, Major General Dr. AbeidAllah Maaitah, set necessary plans, with high human preparedness and modern equipment, at the ready to deal with any fire and prevent its spread in cooperation with the concerned authorities.
