Coordination with the Ministry of Health and providing ambulance vehicles with doctors from various specialties to provide immediate medical support

Zarqa Civil Defense Directorate supported  Al-Omari Border Center with additional human cadres and ambulance vehicles to receive pilgrims

Colonel Engineer Mohammed Khreisat, Director of Zarqa Civil Defense stated that in implementation of the prior security plans in light of the hot weather conditions affecting the region, coordination was made with the Ministry of Health and ambulance buses were provided with doctors of various specialties to provide immediate medical consultations to all pilgrims.

Colonel Engineer Al-Khreisat explained that many pilgrims' buses began arriving at all border crossings since the morning hours today, and it became clear that many of them suffer from exceptional health conditions due to the weather conditions, which requires supporting Al-Omari Border Center with ambulance vehicles to provide emergency services as quickly as possible.

Khreisat added  that the cases were dealt with among the pilgrims included heat stress, high blood pressure, and diabetes, and some cases were transferred to the specialized health centers near the Al-Omari border center indicating to the presence of cadres with all their equipment and supplies will continue throughout the period of the return of the pilgrims to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
