The speed of dealing with  the fire site prevented it from spreading to neighboring sites

PSD spokesman said that the specialized fire crews working in the East Irbid Civil Defense Directorate dealt with a fire this evening that broke out in three tanks loaded with petroleum products with a total capacity of (50) square meters in the Western District area of the Ramtha.

The spokesman confirmed that the fire crews were able, with record speed, to extinguish the fire, control it, and prevent it from spreading to other nearby places, especially since the fire occurred in a populated area, but the professionalism of the fire crews prevented it from spreading and expanding to other locations.

No result in any casualties were recorded.
