PSD spokesman said that a woman filed a complaint with the Criminal Investigation Department that she was robbed and 800 dinars were stolen from her while she was inside a shop located to the north of the capital.

The incident was confirmed by a video spread on social media, which showed two unknown women who stole from the store.

The spokesman confirmed that through investigations and information gathering, the identity of the two thieves was identified, one of them was arrested, she is of Arab nationality, and the search is underway for the other.

The spokesman called on everyone, in such days, with overcrowding inside the shops, to take necessary action while shopping, not to carry large sums of money, and to report directly any thefts or theft attempts via the unified emergency phone (911).
