Criminal Investigation: We repeat our warning that there is no such thing as a black and frozen dollar that is less than the market price, and anyone who claims that is a fraud.

PSD spokesman said that CID followed up information received about three people of African nationality deceiving a number of people of having black dollars less than the market price.

PSD spokesman  confirmed that after confirming this information, the whereabouts of the people were raided, and they were arrested, and by searching the place, large quantities of black papers were found as the size of the currency and other materials used in that fraudulent method.

The PSD renews its repeated warning that there is no so-called black and frozen dollar that is less than the market price, and anyone who claims that is a fraud, and should not be dealt with and reported directly.
