The Criminal Investigation Department warned all citizens against dealing with unlicensed companies claiming to operate in the field of the global stock exchange, and misleading citizens of obtaining profits.

PSD spokesman  said that CID has dealt with a number of complaints in Zarqa Governorate submitted by citizens after they were exposed to fraud by unlicensed stock exchange and investment companies, who were able to mislead them of their ability to invest their money in global stock exchanges.

the Criminal Investigation Department arrested two people suspected of such acts, while investigations are continuing into these complaints in accordance with legal procedures, added the PSD spokesman.
