* The wanted used a medical vehicle to try to escape and opened fire, the security force fired back  but the wanted escaped.

One of the suspects  was injured and died , while the other two escaped.

PSD spokesman  said that a security force continued today to collect information about a wanted person in drug trafficking cases, after he opened fire against a security force that tried to arrest him in Ajloun Governorate.

PSD spokesman confirmed that the person was followed up and his location was identified, the intelligence information was received about his attempt to escape in a medical vehicle outside the governorate, accompanied by other wanted persons who tried to help him escape.

He added that when the vehicle carrying the wanted men was followed up and stopped by a security force, three wanted men, including the main one, opened fire.

PSD spokesman indicated that the security force applied the rules of engagement with them, which led to the injury of one of the wanted men.
