PSD spokesman said that since yesterday, Family Protection Department have begun investigations in a video that was uploaded on social networking websites, in which a female teacher at a special center for the disabled appears to be assaulting, beating, and psychologically abusing a disabled child.

The spokesman confirmed that, through investigations and information gathering, the identity of the child was identified and he and his guardian were summoned to the Family Protection Department, while both the teacher and the center director were summoned and the case was referred to the judiciary to take legal actions against them.
