PSD spokesman said that four people died today and two others suffered from shortness of breath after inhaling gases emanating from a gas heater in the Deir Al-Layyat area in Jerash Governorate.
Ambulance teams in the Jerash Civil Defense Directorate worked to evacuate the deaths and transfer the injured to Jerash Governmental Hospital, while the injuries are under treatment.
Public Security Directorate calls on citizens to safely use heating methods, constantly check gas hoses, ventilate the house from time to time, and not leave the heater on while sleeping.
