Public Security Directorate celebrated the graduation of the twentieth batch of immediate ambulance diploma students, and the ninth batch of fire and rescue techniques students, from the Civil Defense College.
The ceremony was attended by a representative of Public Security Director, Major General Dr. AbeidAllah Maaitah, the Director of Civil Defense, Brigadier General Mohammad Al-Omari, a number of strategic partners, Public Security personnel, and the families of the graduates.
In his speech, the Dean of the College of Civil Defense stressed the importance of the academic role to qualify ambulance, firefighting and rescue personnel in Civil Defense to perform the duties assigned to them, especially since this service is directly related to human life and safety in a way that embodies the Royal visions and directives to advance the ambulance service to its best levels.
Over the course of two years, the graduates received scientific courses and specialized practical applications in the field of immediate first aid, firefighting and rescue techniques, in addition to the necessary training to be able to work in the field and provide the best necessary services to citizens.
At the end of the celebration, certificates were handed over to the graduates and awards to the deserving ones.
