Today, the Drivers and Vehicles Licensing Department, in cooperation with the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship, launched a number of new electronic services, through which it aims to save the time and effort and improve the services provided to citizens.

The new online services included services for requesting a technical examination outside the licensing departments, translating vehicle licenses, submitting a request to write off vehicles technically or for the purpose of replacing a hybrid, inquiring about reserved licenses, in addition to submitting a request to obtain security approvals.

These measures was adapted by the Licensing Department as part of a series of steps taken to automate the licensing systems, which are being completed and will be announced successively, and within a plan prepared to develop the technical infrastructure in the Licensing Department within the strategy of the Public Security Directorate to develop and modernize all its services provided to citizens.

It is noteworthy that the Licensing Department receives thousands of transactions and they are completed smoothly and with an advanced service approach that won the approval and praise of all citizens .
