Public security director  Maj. Gen. Hussein Al-Hawatmeh, received in his office today, the General Director of the Palestinian Police, Maj. Gen. Yousef Al-Helou, and his accompanying delegation.

Maj. Gen. Al-Hawatmeh discussed with the director the bilateral cooperation on issues of common interest.

Maj. Gen. Al-Hawatmeh stressed during the meeting that the Public Security Directorate uses all its expertise to support the security in brotherly countries, indicating  to the current level of cooperation with the Palestinian side, especially in the  training and building police capabilities.

For his part, the Director of the Palestinian Police appreciated  the level of the Public Security in Jordan, and the relationship between the two security agencies in the two brotherly countries, stressing his aspiration for more cooperation in the field of police training and expertise, in a way that contributes to the service of the two brotherly peoples.
