PSD spokesman said that an investigation was conducted in a video uploaded on social media, in which a driver of a vehicle appeared while driving recklessly and obstructing traffic in the capital.
The spokesman added that the vehicle and its driver were identified, seized, and the driver was arrested, and the legal action will be taken against him, while the vehicle will be reserved for 14 days reservation yard.
