PSD spokesman said that a security force arrested a number of rioters in the Baqaa area after they carried out acts of rioting and sabotage, setting fires and throwing stones at vehicles on the public road.

The spokesman continued, that the people were arrested for investigation and all legal measures were taken against them, stressing that Public Security Directorate will deal strictly with anyone who attacks the security of community and aims to sabotage and damage property or disrupting the lives of citizens and attacking their rights by trying to block the road.

The spokesman added that work is underway to pursue anyone involved in the inciting riots and sabotage.
