PSD spokesman said that PSD calls on the citizens to adopt proper behavior by following the following instructions:

• Stay away from torrents and valleys and move to safer higher places.
• The Safe use of heating devices of all kinds.
• Not to take the risk of blocking the road in case the water level rises.
• Being aware of frost formation in the late hours of the night over the mountainous heights
• Do not hesitate to call the unified emergency number (911) in case if needed.
