Public Security Director, Major General Dr. AbeidAllah Maaitah , met in his office today ,the United Nations Coordinator, Sherry Ritsma Anderson, and the Director of the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs, Dr. Yahya Khasba, where they discussed ways and aspects of enhancing joint cooperation between the two parties in various fields, especially the field of providing humanitarian services.

 During the meeting, the Director of Public Security confirmed that Public Security Directorate seeks to for the partnerships with all international and local organizations, in a way that supports the efforts in achieving its goals, indicating that the level of cooperation and joint coordination between the Directorate and all United Nations organizations had positive results in the implementation of various related duties. 

 Major General Dr. Al-Maaitah indicated that the Directorate looks forward to more cooperation with the United Nations in various fields that serve the objectives of the Public Security Directorate and contribute to the development of the framework.

 For her part, the United Nations Coordinator, Sherry Ritsma Anderson, praised the advanced work system by the Public Security Directorate, which meets the highest international standards, and contributes to preserving the security and safety of society, and protecting public rights and freedoms.
