Director of Public Security, Major General Dr. AbeidAllah Maaitah, conveyed the greetings of His Majesty King Abdullah II, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, to the Civil Defense, and His Majesty’s pride in their efforts made in providing means of protection for citizens.
The Director of Public Security thanked the civil defense personnel, calling on them to move forward on the path of giving to remain in the good faith of the wise Hashemite leadership.
Major General Al-Maaitah confirmed that the Public Security Directorate continues to strengthen the capabilities of the Civil Defense in the areas of rescue, ambulance and firefighting, and to provide the Civil Defense Directorate with the latest equipment to continue its aiming approach to enhance the efficiency of specialized training in a way that is reflected in the service.
The Director of Public Security passed orders to benefit from exercises and training aimed at increasing coordination efficiency and integrating roles and tasks, ensuring time management and improving response to various incidents.
Major General Al-Maaitah stated that Public Security Directorate will continue its support for developing ambulance services in accordance with medical care protocols (remote medical guidance), expanding the preparation of specialized rescue teams, and ensuring their ability to reach and respond when necessary in all regions of the Kingdom.
