Public Security Director, Maj. Gen. Hussein Al-Hawatmeh, praised the advanced level reached by the gendarmerie command, which has become a role model in discipline and professionalism, providing assistance to society, and protecting lives and property.

Maj. Gen. Al-Hawatmeh added that we in the Public Security Directorate with all its formations step up towards the future under the wise Hashemite leadership in developing performance, raising efficiency and effectiveness.

during his visit today to battalions of the gendarmerie forces, MAj. Gen. Al-Hawatmeh was briefed on the operational readiness and the most important training and organizational plans established to ensure that the gendarmerie forces carry out their duties according to the highest standards.

Maj. Gen. Al-Hawatmeh conveyed the greetings of His Majesty King Abdullah II, Supreme Commander of the Jordan Armed Forces, and His Majesty's pride in the efforts of Public Security personnel in all units and formations, and their active role in helping citizens and preserving the security of the country.

Maj. Gen. Al-Hawatmeh expressed his appreciation for the gendarmerie's continuous support to public security units and formations, to ensure law enforcement, crime prevention, and the arrest of outlaws, stressing the continuation of providing logistical and training support to them, and providing them with the necessary equipment to continue their work according to the highest standards.

Public Security Director was briefed  by the battalion commanders, in the presence of the Gendarmerie Commander, Brig. Muhammad Al-Maaytah, on the most important measures taken to improve performance and maintain a high level of cooperation and coordination with all public security units and formations.
