PSD stressed the need to stay away from floods, valleys and water bodies, and not to risk crossing them with vehicles or on foot.

The directorate called also for the necessity of safe and proper using of heaters to prevent incidents that may result from misuse or failure.

The directorate called for calling the unified emergency number 911 if necessary.

The following is the road conditions as of eight o’clock this evening in the governorates of the Kingdom:

*North Region

It rains from time to time and all roads are passable, except for the Aqraba-Bani Kenana road, which is closed due to high water levels, and work is underway to open the road by the concerned authorities.

*Central Region

It rains from time to time and all roads are passable.

*Capital Region

It rains from time to time and all roads are passable except for Abu Sayyah Bridge

*Southern Region

Dusty winds and all roads are passable.

* Highway patrols

All roads are passable, with the exception of the entire Azraq area. Passage is difficult due to dust from time to time as visibility is clear.
