Public security  launched the new website, which came within the framework of the process of development and modernization launched by the Directorate in 2021 after the completion of the merger process, to include all units and formations.

The launch ceremony of the PSD's website was attended by the General Inspector, Brig. Eng. Hashem Al-Khasawneh, who indicated that the launch of the new website is in line with the royal visions in raising the level of performance and improving the security service, providing knowledge and awareness to citizens.

Brig. Al-Khasawneh   added that the new  website came under the directives by the Director of Public Security, Maj. Gen. Hussein Al-Hawatmeh, in view of the facilitation providing the services  to citizens in meeting their needs and providing security and humanitarian services, and enhances the positive interaction between citizens and the Public Security Directorate.

The new website provides (162) security, training and traffic services, which citizens and residents can obtain electronically, in a way that saved time and effort.

It is noteworthy that the rebuilding of the new website came in partnership with the Siren Company and Echo- Technology, and under the direct supervision of engineers and technicians from the personnel of the Public Security Directorate, the Directorate is keen to strengthen the cooperation with all community institutions, which is reflected positively on the level of services provided to citizens.
