Public Security Directorate stressed the need to take necessary measures  during the expected weather conditions, especially in the south and east of the Kingdom, according to the incoming weather forecasts.

• The Directorate warned of the possibility of torrential rains and the danger of low horizontal visibility and slipping on the roads, calling for the following instructions to be followed:
• Being careful while driving, especially on  roads throughout the Kingdom.
• Stay away from the sides of valleys and places where torrents form and not risk crossing them under any circumstances, whether by vehicle or on foot.
• Moving from low places to higher and safer places, especially for those who live in mobile housing units or tents.
• Safe use of heating devices of all kinds, providing proper ventilation from time to time, and not leaving fireplaces burning unattended or while sleeping.
• Comply and cooperate with the public security men deployed for guidance, and do not hesitate to call the unified emergency phone 911.
