Public Security Directorate stresses the need to take necessary procedures  during the expected weather conditions.

The Directorate warns of the risk of low horizontal visibility in the desert areas due to dust and the risk of slipping on the roads, calling for the following instructions to be followed:

• Being careful  while driving, especially on highways.
• Stay away from the sides of valleys and places where torrents form, and not risk crossing them under any circumstances, whether by vehicle or on foot.
• Safe use of heating methods of all kinds, providing proper ventilation for homes from time to time, and not leaving fireplaces burning unattended or while sleeping.
• Do not hesitate to call the unified emergency number 911 in case if needed.
