The Knights of Public Security tent-pegging Team achieved advanced results in the International Military tent-pegging Championship, the competitions of which were held in the Arab Republic of Egypt, with the participation of (60) knights representing (10) countries.
Public Security Nashama won second position in the overall tournament after the Egyptian team, and on the individual level, the knight Adhim Al-Faouri came in third level in the overall total for the riders.
Public Security team, consisting of knights (Hossam Al-Khazaleh, Abdul-Wahab Al-Jarrah, Ahmed Al-Sarhan, Omar Al-Mashaqba, and Adhim Al-Faouri), came in second level after winning the team gold in the javelin event. The team also won silver in the sword event as and Adhim Al-Faouri won silver in the single spear event.
Public Security team tent-pegging is the only team that represents the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan in this sport.
Public Security Directorate participated in the tournament with a delegation headed by Lieutenant Colonel Muhammad Al-Jazi and whose membership included the team’s coach, Captain Jihad Al-Aqrabawi, and the knights (Hossam Al-Khazaleh, Abdul-Wahab Al-Jarrah, Ahmed Al-Sarhan, Omar Al-Mashaqba, Adhim Hussein).
