The Jordanian national boxing team player "Ziad Ashish" won the qualification card for the Olympic Games (Paris "2024") after qualifying for the semi-finals of the global qualifiers for the Olympic Games (Paris "2024"), held in the Thai capital, Bangkok.

"Ashish", who is one of the PSD players and member of the national team, succeeded in achieving his fourth victory in the qualifiers over the Irish boxer "Aidan Walsh", after defeating the Georgian boxer "Askarkhan Madiev" in the round of 16, and the New Zealand boxer "Stanley" in the round of (32), and in the round of (64) he outperformed the Albanian boxer "Alban Baqiri".

With this qualification, "Ashish" joins the personnel of the qualified Public Security to the upcoming Olympic Games (Paris “2024”) and their number is (5) players, out of (8) players who have succeeded in qualifying so far, in the new achievement for the Jordanian Olympic Committee headed by His Highness Prince Faisal Ibn Al Hussein, Chairman of the Committee, and the Jordanian sports federations, and with the cooperation and support of the Public Security Directorate
