Public Security runners won the first positions in the Dead Sea Ultra Marathon, whose activities were held in the Dead Sea region, with the participation of more than (3,000) male and female runners from several Arab and foreign nationalities.
Public Security team won first level in the (50 km) race by the runners (Hamza Al-Ashoush, Mohammad Al-Dardour, Mahdi Saleh, Saad Salama).
In the 50 km mixed racethe Public Security team, consisting of (Sameh Dewisher, Raed Mahmoud, Israa Jabbarat, and Muhammad Salama), achieved first positions.
In the women's 50 km race, the runners (Al-Anoud Ihab, Haya Al-Majali, Yasmine Ismail, Baraa Al-Daghmi) came in first positions.
Runner Sherif Naim won first position in the (10) km race, while runner Ahmed Sammour won first position in the (21) km race.
Runner Ahmed Muhaisen won first position in the (50) km race, and runner Ali Al-Sawalma won first position in the (21) km wheelchair race.
At the conclusion of the marathon activities, the representative of His Highness Prince Firas Ibn Raad, His Excellency, the Mayor of Amman, Youssef Al-Shawarba, crowned the winners of the first positions.
It is noteworthy that Public Security Marathon Team, whose training is supervised by Major Zuhair Al-Zboun, has achieved many international achievements, the most important of which are the Luxor International Marathon, the Beirut International Marathon, and the Austria International Marathon in addition to winning many local titles in various races.
