PSD spokesman said that information and complaints had recently been received about fraudulent persons collecting donations from those wishing to donate to the Gaza Strip after making them believe that these donations would be delivered as humanitarian aid to Gaza.

The spokesman confirmed that four cases were dealt with following complaints and information received, those involved were arrested and referred to the judiciary, and all information received about these fraudulent methods is being followed up.

The spokesman called on citizens to avoid being exposed to fraud, to ensure that their donations are directed to authorized parties to ensure that these donations reach the people in Gaza, and if they suspect or are exposed to such people, they must report them on the unified emergency number (911).
