PSD spokesman said that a report was received by Irbid Governorate Police Directorate this evening about a quarrel in the University Street area between a number of people.
the spokesman confirmed that the police dispatched the location immediately, a number pf persons were arrested while others had left the place, and no injuries were recorded.
