Public Security Directorate continued the series of Ramadan Iftars at rehabilitation centers.

Today, the Directorate organized, through the Correction and Rehabilitation Centers Department, an Iftar that brought together the  inmates with their families at the Marka Correction and Rehabilitation Center.

Tomorrow and the day after tomorrow, the Directorate will complete Iftars for the inmates and their families in other rehabilitation centers.

This initiative, launched by the Public Security Directorate at the beginning of the holy month, aims to enable inmates to experience the Ramadan with  their families.

This initiative comes within the strategy of the Public Security Directorate aimed at following a modern reform and rehabilitation policy in rehabilitation centers, and in line with modern correctional and rehabilitation sciences to preserve the family and social fabric of inmates' families, in addition to being an active element in harmony with their community after their release.
