The Ambassador of the European Union Mission to Jordan, Pierre Christophe, and a delegation from the German Agency's working group visited Family and Juvenile Protection Department.
This visit comes within the framework of the existing strategic partnership between the Public Security Directorate, the European Union, and the German agency GIZ, and includes a number of projects aimed at enhancing the capabilities of those working in family and juvenile protection, and establishing best practices in the field of law enforcement related to providing protection for all members of society.
The Ambassador of the European Union Mission praised the level reached by the Public Security Directorate in providing security and humanitarian services, and its measures taken to provide the best standards of community protection and family safety.
During the visit, the guest delegation was briefed by the Director of the Family and Juvenile Protection Department, about the work dimesons, and the most important plans implemented by the Department in its various sections to provide family protection in society, including the awareness plans implemented by the mobile awareness team, and the procedures related to the Integrated Services Center project.
