Maj. Gen. Maaitah directs the gendarmerie forces to support the regions and units, and a firm security plan to enforce the law and arrest suspects, offenders, and wanted persons.

Maj. Gen. Maaitah: We will strike at the hand of justice and the law to maintain public order.

This morning, a security force in Ramtha arrested a suspicious person, after he beat another person in front of his family, in an incident that appeared in a video recording.

Public Security Directorate indicated that as soon as a report was received about the incident, an investigation team followed up the incident, and was able to locate the person who hided since last night.

 The Director of Public Security, Maj. Gen. AbeidAllah Maaitah, passed orders  all regional commanders and directors to start implementing a security plan to enforce the law, arrest suspects, offenders, and wanted persons.

Maj. Gen. Al-Maaitah also directed the gendarmerie forces to support the departments concerned with criminal investigation, drug control, the special branch  and the rest of the units specialized in combating crime, and to support their efforts within strict procedures in the search and arrest of suspects who are repeat offenders and those who have priority who offer a threat to the security and safety of society.

Al-Maaitah added that Public Security Directorate will strike at the hand of justice and the law to maintain public order.
