PSD spokesman said that the specialized teams in the Civil Defense Directorate at the west of Irbid, with the support of the search and rescue team in the Directorate of Civil Defense at the east of Irbid, rescued a person who was stuck at the top of a rocky area in the Wadi Al-Arab Dam area, which necessitated the use of a boat to cross the dam to reach the person.
The specialized team was able to bring him down using specialized equipment for this type of incidents. In turn, the ambulance teams provided him with the necessary first aid and transported him to the hospital.
