Within the framework of the humanitarian efforts aimed at preserving social cohesion, and enabling inmates to communicate with their families during the holy month of Ramadan, the Department of Correction and Rehabilitation Centers, starting today and on the occasion of Mother’s Day, will enable all inmates who wish to make phone calls with their families and mothers.

The Department of Correction and Rehabilitation Centers issued instructions on this occasion to enable all mothers who visit their children to meet with them on a special visit today, in addition to doubling the number of private visits to the families of inmates during the holy month of Ramadan, in addition to increasing phone calls to inmates during the holy month.

It is noteworthy that the rehabilitation centers, as part of their pioneering reform plans with regard to the humanitarian and social dimension, have prepared a special program to hold Ramadan Iftars for inmates with their families in all rehabilitation centers.
