The Director of Public Security, Major General Dr. AbeidAllah Maaitah, inaugurated today at the Prince Al-Hussein bin Abdullah II Academy for Civil Protection the engineering workshops of the engineering and administrative sciences departments of the academy.
The opening of these workshops comes within the framework of the development and modernization system pursued by the Public Security Directorate in its various units and formations, especially training and academic institutes, in a way that reflects positively on the level of its graduates and preserves its scientific status.
Public Security Directorate is keen to provide the academy, which was established in 2009 as a leading university in the region in the fields of civil defense sciences and civil protection, with all human and logistical needs necessary to advance its academic performance in various practical and applied aspects, which would help students acquire knowledge skills compatible with the latest study plans, including Contributes to maintaining its local, regional and international status.
