Today, Public Security Directorate, through the Civil Defense Directorate and in cooperation with the Royal department, carried out a field activity to protect the environment and clean the sea and the surrounding beaches in Aqaba Governorate.

Civil Defense divers worked to clean up a number of Al-Jawf areas as part of an environmental activity that will continue in an ongoing program coordinated in cooperation with the personnel of the Royal department for Environment Protection.

Public Security Directorate called on citizens and visitors to the city to adhere to environmental instructions, maintain the cleanliness of the sea.

It is noteworthy that Public Security Directorate is keen, through launching environmental initiatives, to raise the level of environmental awareness and maintain the cleanliness and safety of tourist sites in all regions of the Kingdom.
