The website of the Prince Hussein bin Abdullah II Academy for Civil Protection won the award for the best strategic educational portal in the educational category in the Arab region, as part of the celebration held by the Pan Arab Web Awards Academy in the Sultanate of Oman/Muscat, which was chosen to hold the ceremony this year. The  award received on behalf of Major General Abdullah Suleiman Al Hamadna, Director General of Civil Defense, Director of Studies, Research and Development, Lieutenant Colonel Muhammad Khair Al Ensour during the celebration held on 19/06/2010. The website of the Prince Hussein bin Abdullah II Academy for Civil Protection was distinguished by the maintenance of the site’s work and the constant updating of the data listed on the site related to the training city, such as the Civil Defense Training Center and rescue team and its various facilities, and the direct link between the academy’s website and the Regional Center for Civil Protection.
