Operations and control directorate

 Connoting the facility’s cameras to the code security system in control and operations directorate

Recipients

• Banks, airports, hotels of one star to five stars, public hotels, motels, hospitals, hotel apartments, shopping centers, entertainment centers, malls, sports stadiums, educational institutions and all the places available to the general public from public places and places of private property.

Place

• Operations and control directorate. 

Conditions

• Valid profession license

Documents

• A written request from the facility owner  to the Operations and Control Directorate, expressing his desire to link the facility to the security code system.
• A valid (unexpired) professions license.
• The result of the final inspection report indicating the facility's commitment to the specifications specified by the Operations and Control Directorate.

Procedures

• A request from the facility to the Operations and Control Directorate, including desire to link the facility to the security code system.
• Coordination with those concerned in the facility to be inspected for the inspection.
• An initial field inspection is conducted by the inspection committees on the facility in order to show the conformity of their TV surveillance system to the security code system.
• An initial disclosure report is organized that includes the facility's information and the recommendations to be implemented.
• If the recommendations contained in the initial report are adhered to, a final report is organized to address the facility's management, indicating what has been implemented.
• Completing the process of linking the facility with the Directorate of Operations and Control through the telecommunications companies (Orange, Zain, Umniah) in which all information related to the facility is documented, and the cameras of the facilities are displayed in the Directorate of Operations and Control.
• Taking into account the maintenance of the facility's periodic field inspection by the inspection teams of the Security Systems Sustainment Section.
